W.A.L.T:Translate my cinquain poem into Te Reo Maori to celebrate Te Reo o te Wiki.

reflection:what i like doing was wringing words in Maori

and what i think was hard was trying to pronounce the names in Maori.

Reflection: what did we do? so we  carved the pou and did our play .

What can we do differently ? we can speak more Louder and be more dramatic in speaking .

What did i enjoy ? i liked doing the play and being able to do all of this like doing the pou with my friend .

reflection:the one thing I did well is my writing and the one thing I need to work on is my vocabulary have an my description.

WALT - build vocabulary knowledge by reading a range of poems REFLECTION - By doing this mahi I learnt adjectives describe the nouns  I think it is interesting that verbs sometimes end with ing

 W.A.L.T:Reflection: by doing the mahi i have learnt that kotuku is on the back of NZ $2 coin ,that thay are common in Australia,south pacific and Asia.In 1940s there was only 4 nets.

Reflection: by doing this mahi I have learnt a lot about the kotuk bird like. kotuku bird is common in Australia,south pacific and Asia the kotuku is on the back of the NZ $2 coin.
